Default DG SS question

I'm looking to get one soon. I know it reduces the throw length as well as the side shift length. Has anyone had problems with improper gear selection with this in autocross or road course racing?

Thanks

Default Everything is more precise

Less opportunity to slop into the wrong gear. Add a Raffi **** for perfection.

Default I've been using the DG race in my car for about 2 years...

I've never hit an incorrect gear or even come close to it. I have missed a gear before, but I think that is more attributed to the linkage being misadjusted. The Sigma shifter has better cable ends so that shouldn't be a problem.
