sorry, that was just practise, a primer if you will - I have a REALLY good rant building, it just needs to take aim at person/place/thing and not conflict with my schedule... any ideas? TIA!

Anyhoo, that's why we have "OT" available to us... also, my forthcoming rant could be TT related. Though the last is not probable.

sounds way too cerebral, dood... rants should be stocatto but directed, topical but widely observed
and should end with something like: "I DEMAND THAT YOU BRING ME HIS HEAD ON A SILVER PLATTER!!!" The last isn't completely necessary, but does add to the ranter's pleasure and pride in the resultant product of his/her toil... Also, a well-crafted rant shouldn't allow much space for deviant or alternative viewpoints - its kinda the "anti-debate." Usually, the outcome is also the starting premise - unless you are a neophyte, spouting mere rantlets, in which case you should driving in the right most lane and let the properly equipped rant on at the speed of light! ;-)
