Default No, not at all. Audi did not recall the clusters. NOS still could have the problem. I had 2 replaced

into 2003. They were not meter failures, but directly traced to memory loss.

don't forget, Audi bought a lot of these from their supplier before the "fixed" version made it into the supply chain.

Default Another Question: What tests differently on the good "movement" pieces v. the bad ones?

Is there a difference in voltage? Resistance? Is there any visible damage you can look for. I have a couple spare clusters now and I'd like to sort which one have good `movement' pieces and which don't. Thanks Jeff

it's resistance, but I have not tested it thoroughly.
