Do you let your girfriend/wife/family member etc.. drive your car without you being there?

only really my sister...
now that I'm in Shanghai for two months, I stored my car so my father wouldn't be able to take it out.
He just doesn't care about the car at all, not even out of respect for me, let alone love for the car. No warm up/cool down, drives her too hard, parks anywhere including valets, doesn't dodge potholes, spills coffee, and takes her to the city, which I never do unless I am passing through to get to school.
No matter how many times I ask him to treat the car as I would, he never listens, so that's why there is no trust when it comes to my car.
My mother and my girlfriend don't know how to drive stick, and my sister cares for her Cooper S as much as I do for my car, so she's really the only one I trust to treat my car with respect.
sorry, simple question turned long post rant about pent up frustration towards father.
