Grab it with your fingernails and start wiggling. Once you have it started it comes right out..

Default ok thanks, just wanted to know before i start messing with it in the morning. btw....
i got the vent adapter thanks again steve, im running outta things to buy from u. and what kind of silicone should i use for the vent adapter?

Just use clear silicone. A tube of GE from Home Depot, or equivalent..
