Does anyone else feel that the terrorists are kinda succeeding because of the increased
news media? Personally, I'm thinking the news reporters are the biggest terrorists by spreading fear into everyone that is listening to them.

People can always rent a movie or turn their TV off and go about other business like...
eating out, visiting with friends, shopping, sports....etc.
When you sit on the reporter's side of the desk, it is merely reporting and getting the story to the public as quickly as possible - mostly, reliably.
Both TTNancy and NexxTT were in that position years ago and (though things have changed) it's not the sinister plot many of you make it out to be. It's just reporting. Turn it off. And go do something that makes you happy.

I have NOT watched the news since it happened. But John Q. Public is no damn better
If i get another f*cking email telling me to run away and hide on Halloween, I am going to ho-slap sombody.
Everytime I get one of those bull**** email, I reforward it to everybody with a link showing why it is bogus and a sentence that says.
"Stop sending out crap, do something worthwhile"
