does my TT qualify as a lemon?

does my TT qualify as a lemon?
I know there will probably be some people that will have a longer list, but this is absolutely ridiculous for a car with 16k miles...
I just dropped it off at the dealer with the following problems:
-awd/abs light on for the 3rd time
-reeks of gas when the car is driven (enuf to make you want to pass out when u get in or near it)
-check engine light
-fuel leak from underneath car
-low oil indication just came on
-glove box won't open
-strange squeaking noise when clutch is engaged and turning out of a spot.
(bought brand new in december)

As someone who has gone through the Lemon Law process, I'd say...
No, it does not qualify as a lemon.
Most will have minor problems at some point. That's really not what the Lemon Law was designed for.
HOWEVER, be sure to document the problems and keep bringing the TT into the shop until they get it right. You may have a case if the problems continue/get worse and they are unable to fix them.

i figured it would take more than a couple probs to qualify for the law but i guess we'll see if they persist.
thanks for insight.

Re:Document Everything
Lemon laws were designed around big expensive stuff like drivetrain, etc., BUT you should have the dealer fix whats wrong and leave it with them until they complete the list. Here in Florida the law reads that you have a case if you bring a car back three times for the same MAJOR failure or if its been out of service more than 30 days (in total) during the first 24 months.
Given that, I had a 2000 180ttc that was in service over 60 days (cumulative) in 20 months. Audi of America (with persistent letters and phone calls) took the car back and put me in a 2001 225ttqc for the difference in price.
