Default Drive the TT to work?

I work for one of the Big-3. I don't know if my boss knows that I drive (and love) my TT, but lately he's been saying that people shouldn't drive non-company products to work. He references the guy who got canned from Budwiser for drinking a Coors.

What do you all think-should I paste a blue-oval on the grill of the TT?<ul><li><a href="http://www.denverpost.com/business/ci_2740376">Denver Post Article</a></li></ul>

IMO that is the sign of a Company that is in trouble and a lousy boss.

Default If they want to give you a new Ford GT, Z06, or Viper for the same price as a TT, then take one.

Otherwise, drive the TT.

they should use the non-company products to see what can be improved on, etc.

Default Don't worry about it.

It's not like you are the only one in Dearborn with a non-Ford product.

Default As a supplier here in Germany it is definitely frowned upon if you turn up at Audi in a BMW/MB

When I lived and worked in the UK I know British Leyland (as it was then) had a differnt car park which was further from the plant for non BL cars.

And as a supplier here in Germany when we are delivering samples or have to drive into the plant we always make sure that we are driving a vehicle from the company we are visiting.

<img src="http://i9.ebayimg.com/01/i/04/18/5b/46_1_b.JPG">

and drive it every day just to spite him.

Than again, maybe start looking for a new job if you go this route.
