I do. I want the stock diameter but the lightweight pulley.

Default I did and I found that many people had the seals/gaskets replaced...

under warranty. No mention of cost or exactly how much work was involved, other then removing the timing belt to get to the cams seals. Too bad I had that work done a few months ago and the shop never mentioned seals while it was all apart.

Default When I bought my T-belt kit it came with cam seals. The "instructions" said to check and see if the

seals are leaking. If they are...replace. Your shop should have looked at the seals while it was apart.

I do, but lighter weight also means more rotations, does it not?

the engine does less work so it's more efficient, but it's still one-to-one for engine rotation. Underdrive pulleys change the *diameter* in addition (usually) to the weight, therefore for driven pulleys (not the crank pulley) the number of rotations per crank rotation changes, and thus the components are 'underdriven' and their output - in the case of the alternator - is reduced.
