Engine shutdown problem

I will reprogram the APR chip back to stock (have to order the home programmer kit) to see if I can bring it back to normal configuration. I did reset the ECU again, put the old Audi MAF back in, and now have this:
1 Fault Found:
18042 - Accelerator Position Sensor 2 (G185): Signal too High
P1634 - 35-00 - -
I cannot clear this code - I did throttle adaptation at 060, but 063 shows Sensor 2 at 99.2%. Engine is still rough at idle and the N75 is still no signal.
Right now I am tired of messing with it and will go have a beer (or two). Thanks for your help!
