F150 gas cap: the same, but different.
So the last time I was at the dealer, I was able to check out the new S5 (super hot), and also noticed this on an F150 in the Ford showroom. Quite TT-like, if not a bit shinier. Seemed kind of out of place on the truck, but at least they're trying, I thought.

At first, I thought the tab to the right was some kind of locking mechanism, but I quickly realized its true purpose:
