Default Few questions for anybody with a Alcantara steering wheel...

...<font color="003366"> 1. How long have you had it?</font>
<font color="ffffff">...</font> <font color="003366">2. How's it holding up?</font>
<font color="ffffff">...</font> <font color="003366">3. What do you do to keep it clean and fresh as new?

I've got to get my order in by Friday if I want my next TT by TTE. Ordered a silver interior this time but I do not want to deal with a light gray steering wheel rim. Getting an Alcantara headliner so the fuzzy stuff seems like the better alternative to a difficult-to-keep-clean silver steering wheel.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.</font>

I have an Alcantara steering wheel in my 2002 TTQC and have had no problem with it. It is great on cold and especially on hot days. I haven't had to clean it yet and have no idea what I will do when the time comes.

Default I love mine... no maintenance needed... had it since Dec 2001

And it's a 2002 with about 20,000 miles or so.
