I think its pretty straight forward for a K03. Lots of info outthere, 225 is another story though.

Default I'm a Hans fan as well; but i think thats a bit rediculous....

the number of people aside from those i know personally is up there. None that I've seen running to 8200-8500 with springs and valves have had an issue and I assure you these cars get ripped on continuously.

Default If Hans refuses my $$ for this upgrade he must know something, at least his experience. >>

Good enough for me. Now, I'm not sure but aren't these relatively long stroke motors? High rpm engines have historically been short stroke. The valvetrain can handle it...but I fear for that bottom end.
Man, I really wanted to do it, too. But I'll follow Hans' advise

Default I am using the Revo BT Software for the 180TT,

Chris@revo told me that it will work.

Only issue is that there is no cruise control on 6th gear. EPC light and CEL is on, Revo is looking into it to fix it.

Default No pics of the new turbo, but I will go for a Dyno at Harmon Motive in a couple months >>

after it's all settled and the software bugs are fixed.

There are no custom fabrication at all. You may need to cut the heat shield to replace the turbo, but other than that it's pretty straight foward... This is from Jose.
