We picked up wife's new, red TT Coupe (225) today. We like it a lot. However, at our altitude (8500 ft), it really is rather slow off the line until the turbo kicks in. That is not the case with my S4, so I guess I was expecting more low end torque from the TT. But once you adjust your driving style to a higher RPM launch, all is well. Handling is great. We really like the solid feel. And brakes really seem to do their job well. All in all, we are looking forward to the next few years of having both S4 and TT in the family.

Can't expect the 1.8 to have the grunt of the 2.7 - you will adjust.
