Fix for window not going down!
The other day my passenger window stopped working, and would just make a ticking sound and not move the window at all. So here is a detailed tutorial on how to fix it:
1. remove door panel
2. locate motor and look for any obvious signs of damage and fix.
3. If no damage found, consult forums to find that everyone says the motor is gone and they just got a new one.
4. Move on to plan B, and take favorite "plan B" hammer (or stick if you prefer) and beat motor until it decides to work.
5. replace door panel.
6. Rename "plan B" hammer to "plan A" hammer

sorta like fixing a starter...
and it will work for a while, but will eventually fail for good. There are even times that you can perform the plan b fix without removing the door panel. But use your fist instead.
