Well, I have been sick since Thanksgiving. I took the day before (Wed), and the following day (Fri) as well. Plus, I've been home as sick as a dog for the last few days, so this should explain my postings "during normal business hours". Truth of the matter is that I've been home sick a lot, and haven't had a whole lot else to do other than surf the net and rest up.

I rarely have time at work to check the forum, much less post. I am the Assistant Manager of our branch, which means that not only do I place trades and service my clients' needs, which quite is time consuming in itself, but I also handle client complaints, train the new financial advisors, sign the checks, review and initial the daily TAR reports (trade activity reports), which detail every transaction that occurs in 4 different offices (ours, plus 3 other branches which are considered sattelites of our office). The TAR report is several inches thick, and usually contains hundreds of trades, along with client trading history, personal financial data, etc. I review each one of them for suitability.

Also, I must sign and approve each new account request, wire transfers of money, transfer of funds and/or assets from one account to another, incoming transfers, and much, much more.

So if there is somehow an implication that I am sitting around at work with my thumb up my *** posting to the forum, that is both unfair and inaccurate.

No one said it, but the implication is certianly there. I'm referring to the remark regarding the percentage of my posts during the last 10 pages which occurred during "normal business hours". This suggests that I am dicking off at work and posting to the forum. Fact is, I've been home 7 business days over approximately the last 2 weeks. At work I'm usually so busy, that I barely have the time to use the restroom.
