Frist time I received a NON-recall letter. more
Received from Audi of America today a letter informing me that my TT was NOT one of the 46 recalled, because of the fuel line being damaged during production. I have had MBs and Porsches, and this is my first non-recall letter.
BTW. I picked up my TT on June 17th and still haven’t recived my Audi Mag. Has any one receive theirs that pick up their TT around that time?

Re: Frist time I received a NON-recall letter. more
Last week I received the recall letter via FedEx. My TT was in for 5000 mile service last week, so the dealer did the recall work as well. This week I got the non-recall letter via US Post Office. I guess by mailing non-recall letters to everybody, the most errors Audi could make was 46.

Re: about Audi Magazine...
Well, I bought my TT on 5/25, and didn't receive the mag either, so I called AoA to ask what's up. Apparantly, the dealer is suppoused to participate in/mail out the magazine to owners, and it is up to each individual dealer to decide if they'll participate. However, AoA took my name & address, and mailed a copy to me.
I spoke to my dealer and they were clueless, which is not surprising.
BTW, the magainze is great!
