Front grill/bumper replacement?

Front grill/bumper replacement?
I damaged the front spoiler this winter and and am now going to get it replaced.
I have two questions:
1. What is a reasonable amount (time) of labour to take the front bumper assembly off and put it back on.
2. Since I have to replace it now, I would like to consider an aftermarket one. Can anyone provide info/links on alternatives.
Thanks,

Been there, done that...
To take the bumper off you have to remove the front parts of the wheel wells to get at the bumper nuts. Ideally you work lift the car and remove the wheels but it's not necessary. Then you have about 6 bolts under the shrouds under the hood and two screws under the bumper of the car. I could probably take that bumper off in 45 min. or less. You need a helper to put it back on.
We will have the ABT chin spoiler and grill in stock soon. I don't know how they install yet, but I will soon. -Pete

ABT Exterior Accessories for the TT
