anybody know how to take off this black plastic thing? the screws are some weird kind, and i've already stripped one trying to use an allen wrench.

-- Install 4 pop rivets Part No: N 903 463 01
(included with license plate holder in luggage
compartment) fromfront side of license plate
holder (-arrows-) through filler panel.
· Pop rivets should be fully seated into the
raised locator circle before collapsing rivet.
-- Install filler panel with attached holder into
bumper cover by inserting top of filler panel
into bumper cover first (snap bottom in last).
Note:
It is important to make sure that the bottom of
the filler panel is completely seated into the
bumper.
-- Attach license plate to the holder.
