Default Front Suspension Clunk Again after many repairs

The follow has been done recently:
New Struts
New Strut Mounts and greased
New Sway/bushings and greased
Retorqued Engine Mounts/New Dogbone
Retorqued Subframe
New endlinks

Still having a clunk under braking and slight acceleration. It sounds like the spring is moving when i turn the wheel all the way. Any suggestions?> > >?
im at a dead end here. I have a feeling that the spring has lost compression. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Default dont think so....my TT does the same thing and iv got stoptech's pad's are held in palce w/ a pin...

sound was the same w/ both brake setup's..... i gave up trying to fix it. allthough i have went as far now to get new contorl arm bushings and also a brand new steering rack!........ u know... just in case....... ahah.... figure while have the car apart to install a new tranny.... id swap out these few things and all the bolts holding the subframe in palce.... and pray for this to be a real fix...... just not a cheap one.....

Default he's suggesting the pads themselves are shifting, not the calipers>>

as in the clips, etc, are not tightly holding the pads.

Default Me too

Mine still does it after new strut bushings and bearings. Usually when backing up and turning wheels sharply. Sometimes when braking and turning sharply at parking lot speeds. I've just decided they do that. If anyone finds a cause I would love to hear.

Default I've never had my front suspension be quiet for more than 2k miles...

and I've basically replaced everything at one time or another. I just learned to live with it. Unit something gets so far out of spec that it is noticible, it's just an annoying noise.

Default I too have the popping sound when backing up and turning sharply...

I would love to know what the cause and repair is. I would also like to know what my buzzing rattle is in my frt suspension. Its getting to the point where it sounds like a piece of crap driving down the road. I have tapped and banged and tightened everything imaginable and cannot duplicate the noise. You would think Audi would know something!?
