It's also a "TT"! Specifically a 2001 Porsche 996TT! I think I like it!!! (he sez while drooling on himself!)

Plus I am meeting up him (Geoff) in Moab next month during my mini mountain biking vacation... and yes, he's bringing this toy! Oh yeah!!

BTW, Geoff lives in Marin County CA... so Lloyd, look out for him! Tell him I say "Hi" if you see him.

Default It's not too bad except for those 'ears' they call vents/ducts on the side.

If you let me drive it, I might change my mind.

Default Next month when I see him in Moab UT he says he will let me drive it! :)

But we'll see.... I might need to pry his hands from the steering wheel!

Default It's the only Porsche built today worth owning....

The motor is a GT3 derivative, not the deathstar series M96 found in both Boxster and Carrera. It is also built off its own line in Germany to better standards. I know a place where he could get a 3K ECU that would give him approx 500 HP with just the change out. E mail me if you'd like to pass it along.

Oops. Not the only. GT 2 is beyond and shares the line.

That's a beauty.....you're gonna have fun. That ought to be fun to drive in Marin. I lived in Mill Valley and those roads are just a blast. Lucky guy....
