Default Good news for me and my cluster...

I had one cluster fail that was replaced under warranty. that cluster failed out of warranty, but it turns out it was still within the 6 year period, just outside of the 100,000 mile mark. So, hopefully, that will be replaced as well. excellent.

Default I have to wonder...

Should I try to get the $50 I paid to have my cluster replaced under CPO.

I can't tell by the wording of the settlement whether or not it's covered

Default I have the same issue...01 TT that had cluster replaced under warranty and

now it is failing. The settlement does not directly cover this issue but any reasonable court wourl rule that if you replace a bad unit with another bad unit you have not complied with the settlement.
