Get an appraiser that specializes in DV....
They will make a very accurate assessment of what was properly and improperly repaired, document it, and determine a very accurate, and probably larger number than the dealer could come up with.

Now that you mention all those repairs....
I'd say your on the verge of being totaled....find a more expensive shop, that should do it. You don't want this car fixed and returned to you, espescially with the frame being pulled, and both rear quarters being replaced/fixed.
