Got a VIN!
Been lurking here awhile, this is my first post. I consider myself worthy now that I have a VIN for my '01 225QC!
If luck is with me I should get it by next week.
It's Denim Blue with grey leather and Premium, Bose and Nav options. Got the Nav for free!
I have to drive it home over the Cascades so it looks like I'll get an opportunity to use the Quattro to it's full potential.

Good news, David!
Good, David! It won't be long!
My VIN was assigned to the dealer's allocation when the car was shipped and on the ship to Wilmington. Weekly info sheets to the dealer tell when the car arrives and is put on a train ("transit"). When the car arrives in Seattle it goes on the dealer listing as "invoice" (about three weeks from landing in Wilmington). Some days go by until car carriers deliver your car to your dealer(mine arrived in a container in Seattle last Wednesday and today is not yet delivered to the dealer). After the dealer gets it, he needs 1-2 days to inspect it, correct things, get it ready for delivery(or pick up!)
