Wow, you have a TT, friends in Hope, and horses? I'm jealous.

My mailing address is Belvidere, but my house is on Mountain Lake - less than 2 miles up from Buttzville. Hope is about 5 miles away and I drive through Hope nearly every day on the way to work.

Maybe we'll pass each other some day. Make sure to flash head lights and wave.
