Hans, solution for the "Missing Wheels"
Hold a raffle for the wheels in your back yard for $5 a ticket. The recipient is your favorite charity (you).
Once you sell 250 tickets, name a winner.
Notify the winner that his wheels were stolen. Return his $5.
Use the $1245 to buy another set of wheels and to hire a local detective agency to find the "real" thief.
