Hard boot cover for Roadster. Is this just a design piece? Or is it available?

Your picture isn't displaying for me, but if it's the prototype roadster,
then I would presume that "no", that hard cover isn't available.
If it was, it would be pretty painful to deal with - too big to fit in the car
(except possibly in the passenger seat area?) so you'd always be at
risk of having to leave it somewhere if it rained, or leave your passenger,
or just drive home and get soaked, or ... wait 'til tomorrow when it clears...?
all bad choices... :-(
The factory hard boot takes a lot of storage space, but at least it fits
in the trunk.
