Has anyone ever replaced the steering column covers? Is it easy DIY project?

Default Has anyone ever replaced the steering column covers? Is it easy DIY project?
The previous owner took very good care of the interior with the exception that they couldn't insert the key without scraping it all over the place first. Thank goodness they went apparently used "full service" at the station.

Default I have been thinking of doing this exact same thing myself.
Once you have taken the lower dash off, I think all you have is 4 screws and it comes off into two pieces. I'm not 100% sure though. Have you priced any yet?

Default I'll be at the stealership tomorrow... will have them price out the parts.
Perhaps it's time I invest in a TT tech manual, too!

You cannot get the top cover off, without removing the sterring wheel
