Has anyone had a custom downpipe and cat made for a 225 TT? where, and how could I contact them.

Should have made that clear. I honestly don't know what I'm going to do when I actually get to buying new rims. I'm going to be so gun shy I won't be able to pull the trigger.
Guess thats why sometimes people pay $4k and up for a set of custom rims. At least then you know they'll fit.
I tried to buy Gary's rims when I got his BBK. I just didn't have the funds at the time. Kicking myself now.

expensive wheels in the $4000 range, there's no guarantees that it will fit then. if you get 8" wide wheels, you know that you will have more latitude for fitment versus 8.5"...where there's no wiggle room. even if you had the funds to buy meem's HRE custom wheels...it wasn't certain that they will fit as well. for one, because meem didn't have a BBK and two, there's NO wiggle room since they were custom offsets so that the lip was flush to the fenders.
when i got my LMs, i didn't even think about whether or not they would fit my porsche BBK. i only found out when i took the winters off and put the LMs on. i was shocked. even with a 3mm spacer to clear the calipers...rolled fender well (slightly)...removed center screw on top of the fender. now, there's no rubbing and there's about a hair space between the caliper and the inside of the wheel.

I've been quite busy with work, and very little time to play. I've been enjoying my 350hp S2k
, but I'm ready for another car again.
How's you TT project coming along?
