Having basically a straight through exhaust, I get lots more reverberation in the cabin..

oh, ya still out West and the had a little set back on the achilles...
tore a stitch, so the doc told me to lay off the rehab. I should start up again this week tho.

What's happening to your exhaust is that...
your exhaust itself is radiating sound waves from the entire surface of the pipes. BMW and some clever UK aftermarket exhaust company uses weights to counteract this effect. -Pete, Stratmosphere

Thanks for the input Pete, got any more info on that weight idea?
My rear muffler is basically empty. There's some minimal baffling inside (perforations), as to allow a straight through flow.
