Headrest is stuck in up position?

Headrest is stuck in up position?
I was treating the leather today, raised the drivers headrest, and it won't go back down! Of course, I had to raise it to the highest position before I fighured out it wasn't working. The release button is stuck and won't press in. I'd hate to take it in for an unscheduled service just because of this.
Anyone know of a fix?
