Default help!

last night was driving gf home from concert. got about 2 blocks from her house and all of the sudden "BOOM!" sounds like something blew up under the hood, and smell of gasoline in the car. pulled over immediately and checked under the hood. looks like one of the injectors popped out. tried to push/pop it back into place (kinda scary considering the prominent smell of gas) with no success. luckily, was 2 blocks from her house, so we pushed it there and it's there now. has anyone ever dealt with this? quick fix or tow to nearest dealer and prepare to be raped? thanx.

Can't you purchase the bolt-on type? Aren't there threads in the cover for bolts?

Default right. hopefully it just came unthreaded and he can get a new one started.

the I5 20V motors also had problems with the plugs coming loose.
