help... anyone out there that can cure my hiccups?
I can't sleep it's so nuts. might be related to my hard bike ride earlier?
drinking water, holding my breath, ??? Tried these, no one around to try to scare me....

Wow. I used a banana- ate it almost whole. It worked. I figured the banana might help...
like it does for me when I get muscle twitches - I attribute that to my exercising and potassium levels, etc. I was able to fall asleep, but they started first thing in the morning again when I woke up...
I am playing golf in a few hours - not going to help my game any and it needs all the help it can get.
