I just got my 2001 TT Roadster and love it! However, as I was driving down the highway last week, the passenger-side door speakers suddenly stopped working. Ever since then, the speakers sometime work and sometime not. For the past couple of days, I noticed that those speakers always worked when I started the car, but as I drove for about 15 to 20 minutes, those speakers stopped working.

I have the Audio Package with Bose.

Any ideas? I have done a little research online, and it seems that Bose stereos have caused a lot of headaches for many Audi owners... I'd really appreciate any input and any experience that you'd like to share. I am taking the car to the dealer next week, so I would like to get somewhat "informed" before taking my car in. :-)

By the way, I also would like to get your recommendation on a dealership to take my car. I am in the SF Bay Area.

write up that they witnessed the problem. Then you can bring that back with you when you go in for service to get it fixed. I've done this in the past and it has worked well for me. It is worth a shot...really the only way to get the dealership to fix intermittents if they never happen during a service visit.
