Hello fellow TT'ers,

I have a dilemma. It seems that the only available Stongard installer in the Bay Area has conflicting reviews posted about his work. Some have been pleased, while others have been very disappointed. I've spoken to the installer; he seems like he'd take his time and do the job right-- six hours labor plus keeping car overnight. My dealer just sold an A4 to someone who had Stongard installed by this guy, and that owner was pleased too. A TT owner emailed me to say he was happy with the result, while another TT owner is having the work re-done by someone else because the job was done poorly.

I'm leaving for two weeks starting tomorrow... I pick the car up the day after I return (a Sunday.) I have an appointment for the install later that week. In other words, not much time to look at alternatives. I want protection on the front of my car asap after I get it!

Anyone have suggestions? Somewhere else I can go? Please email me, evan@evan.com.

i had my stongard installed at that dealer.my stongard is fine. just got home from 3k road trip and no problems ... i also have a friend that took in their TT and no problems ... i have only seen 1 poster here that had a problem there and i think he said that it will be taken care of by stongard ?...

I am scheduled next week for whom I believe is the same person. We'll just have to cross fingers...
