To know the name of this "rock" is basic education........So where was this picture taken?

Is that the same place where James Bond was filmed, the one with Tim Dalton where in the beginning him and some MI6 agents had to take control of a radio station?

I know you had to "drive across" a runway to get there!
I rented a Fiat Uno when I was in Morocco - VERY fun! Took the 4 hour cargo ship ride to Gibraltar, and spent the day with the rock apes! Great place ...
