Here's a nice wake up call..."Hello, is this Ross?, was your 2001 Audi TT totalled?"
lets hear it for Audi Finance - they sent my title to my insurance ecompany telling them that my car was totalled. Hmmmm...since its sitting in my garage without a ding, looks like Audi made an oopsie. Obviously my insurance company was a little confused when they called.
