Default hesitation or momuntary loss of power

First of all my mods are BMC air intake, forge diverter valve, OCT front mount intercooler, and Revo with sps3 programmer.
In the stock mode car runs great so I'm unable to take it to the audi dealer for help. With the Revo chip turned on the car hesitates for a second then comes back to life in the next second and this is repeated until I lift off the throttle. This is most pronounced in 6th gear from 3500 to 5000 RPM with WOT, it however also does it in 5th 4th and 3rd. I have replaced the mass airflow sensor thinking this would be a place to start, but this did not even make a dent in the problem. I then replaced the two charged pressure hoses with samco silicone hoses but this did make a difference either. I have ordered a boost gauge from AWE and will see what the boost is doing. I forgot to mention that no engine codes have been thrown at all none.
Does anybody have any experience with such a problem, or know someone who has?

P.S. the car is a 2002 ALMS coupe 225 HP Quattro if this helps

Default I have similar issues after installing high flow cats and exhaust...

thought it was MAF and after describing problem to local tuner he thought it was the coilpacks going for sure.

Funny thing is your problem does not occur in stock mode (when you say stock mode I'm assuming that you are referring to the chip). Maybe it may be something totally different.

I haven't had the time to get my car checked out but if you have a vag tool it may help diagnosing the issue. I heard that it is possible for the ECU to have codes and yet not throw any cel's, if I recall correctly.

Default Turbo inlet pipe. On some of the earlier cars, they were a lousy design...

My car felt like it had NO power after 4k RPM.

After replacing it with the Samco, all has been wonderful. =)
