Thanks so much for all your hospitaliity and assistance...it was a great initiation. something every new TT owner should have to go through. I still don't think you could find another car on the planet that would allow you to travel far and wide and meet people based purely on ownership. Steve and I had a blast.

The drive back was amazing. We got sad evertime we had to slow down and stop for gas. we just wanted to keep driving and driving. We did the whole trip in one shot chicago-boston. 14hrs flat. Actually "Flat" is a good choice of words, we did the 1st 1100 miles trouble free, and then got a flat 2 miles from my house at 4am in the pouring rain...only to find a stripped lugnut which forced us to call a flatbed tow. last 2 miles took 4.5hrs. Welcome to boston!!!

its at my garage now waiting for the milltek exhaust, pss9s, ag cups, dv, etc.....which I'll be sticking in tonight.

It pretty much rained the whole trip, and all I can say is that the ESP is freakin' AMAZING. I driven almost every car out there and never had anything be so rock solid in 2" of standing water at 80mph. simply awesome!!

we cheated though... David's plane ended up being cancelled and he flew into O'Hare at 7:30. Was still close. But we made it!
