Hey guys....looking for some advice on TT's...and a few questions inside....

OK so here's the deal. Looking to buy a certified pre owned 2000 or 2001 Audi TT 225Q in the next 6-7 or so months. I already have a nice selection of mods I want to do, and have a few questions. First...does anyone on here have the Projektzwo P2 wheels in 18" or 19"? I STFA and couldn't find anything really...I am definitley planning on 18" wheels, but I plan on lowering it and living in Buffalo, NY I really don't think 19" wheels would be too smart. Any input? One more request rather than a question...anyone have sound clips of the Borla exhaust on the 225 TTQ? If not...which one is the most preferred for the best power gains AND the BEST sound...I'm a big fan of the sound of exhausts...as we all are I'm sure. And as far as a turbo upgrade goes...couldn't someone just put the MTM turbo from their upgrade package and bolt that on with the correct tuning and intercooler setup??? I would appreciate anyone's input and/or help on this matter...btw, I'm looking for a 2000-2001 Audi TTQ 225 w/ 6 speed, lower miles (35k-40k) Silver on Black int. OR Denim Blue w/ black int....Again guys...TIA for any info you can help me with...I'm looking forward to joining the Audiworld forums again, here's a pic of my old car. 1993 Audi 90 CSQ...if interested there's more pics in my pic poster.

Re:
Nice 90 and welcome to the TT forum!
Re: the wheels, look up DirtyVegasTT and click on his user id to get to his pic post. He has those wheels I believe.
I have the APR exhaust as do many others. Not the quietest out there, but that's not what you're after anyway. It sounds and performs great. The Forge also seems to be a good unit, perhaps a bit more refined. Milltek is nice, but a bit more muted. You can get a nice deal on the APR exhaust at TT-East, too. Try to go to that...the discounts alone make it worth it, and it's a ton of fun.
Cheers,
Rich
