Actually, that little clip is pretty groundbreaking in CG
Since I deal with a lot of film work, I know these two guys have started a huge CG company since the release of this clip.
So, even though the clip might seem Michael Bay[ish], they are now raking money hand over foot.
BTW, I heard this thing took at least a year to complete.

The only cos to them when they made this was the ticket for filming without a permit on!
No other costs involved, they already had the computer gear and equipment. They got pulled over at around 3 or 4am and were issued a summons for no permit, that is not too bad!
