Sure. There's an S4 TT somewhere, so the RS4 would be about the same as that.
Realize, though, that you're basically re-doing the whole car.
It's not an easy swap at all, and the massive nature of the surgery required make 'swap' seem a VERY inappropriate term. ;-)
