House mod is complete
Except for the surrounding landscaping.....
It was a lot of work, but very rewarding that we did it virtually all ourselves.
Mrs. Kareem gets ALL the credit for the design, and engineering of it all. I was just 50% of the labor, and she was the other 50%.
We just have to grow some grass back on the hill (where the mini-bulldozer tore up the grass from the excavation) and then she's got to put gardens in surrounding the whole thing.
Hope you enjoy. The pictures really don't do it complete justice, you'll just have to come over for bbq and beer.
