How difficult is it to wire a boost gauge, and which is the best one?

I got the Blitz EL version but I saw the IL verion and its really nice....just make sure
its an electronic, NOT a mechanical..... Nothing wrong with it, but I just feel that a electronical is alot accurate than the mech.
