Great write up by the way!
for pushing about 18-20 PSI of boost, which of the three springs provided should I be using? You mentioned using a "green" one in your review. Is that the softest of the three?

also, any issues with the diaphragm itself during the time you've had it? ...
I was wondering why they provide 2 spare diaphragms with it. Do they expect these things to fail pretty often?

This was on Marcus's stage 3 for 6,000 miles....>>
and 1500 or so on mine and the diaphram looks like new. Both High boost applications. No problems that I can see. Guaranteed for life anyhow, so if you need more, just ask forge!

Just changed from the 007 to the Forge Race DV on Monday. Much better
throttle response. I will change out to the much stronger spring this weekend and give it a go.
Valve came with an extra diaphram so I suspect that this must be a weak point and breaks easily.

Having had piston dv for about a year I began to notice real lag. Went back to the OEM and liked it better than the piston . Read Steves review and bought/installed the Forge at TT east. Big difference. Then I put on the middle spring. Really big difference. In short I love it.

Agree on the DVR>>>
Just went from and older Bailey valve to the new DV-R and the difference is amazing. I used the green spring and may try the blue at a later date. As I am running a GIAC X Chip, my guess is that is all I will need.
