Controller? Performance versions are about $1000.

No...dealer told me the Haldex box needed to be replaced, as in it's broken inside...

Default You must buy as a unit with the diferrential...>
$4K as I recall.

How do you know the internals are bad? This is very rare. Common failure is the controller, less common is a pressure pump on the Haldex which is about a $500 deal.

Have you perforned all the diagnostics? Does the dealer even know what they are?
