I have to discuss this with HPA and European Car, but essentially
they want to run a few different dynos and have a good baseline as there are different R32's involved.
My TT will be featured differently so I think it should be ok posting the numbers, but I need to get confirmation first.
This and the fact that I haven't seen a dyno sheet myself, and I was there!!

Launch Control IS enabled - you can hear it in the 1st video
From idle, engine revs to 3200 RPM in neutral, then dumps the clutch as the brake pedal is release. If anything it drops to 2500 RPM as 1st gear catches..
