It's more that I want one.
In the event that I need to go to the dealer I would rather go with my original computer in original condition. (I already know I'm paranoid)
Also if ever my chipped computer poops out on me. I don't want the choice of stranded or $1300 to the dealer.
This is all suposing I can buy a used one for a good price.
