Default Uh..size of the hole does not equate to cooling ability.....
Plenty of room there....Look at some of the newer designs that appear to not even have a grill opening..Aerodynamics and lower cowl openings under the car have a big effect.

Default yeah i wish i spoke swedish....so it is just a caractere with splitters and a built in grill
i think it looks awesome. you say he has a mold of it now? id imagine it will be quite hefty in price, what do you think?
