Kinda cool/aggressive...but a little too drastic for my tastes. Looks to be a mod of the Charactre (sp?) front.

Default I don't like the lower lips either - and that looks just like a Caractre which is one of my favorite
aftermarket front ends.

Default it is the caractere front end
check out the link. he put splitters on the caractere front end and then puttied and painted the caractere grill into the actual bumper.
